    To download your subscription plans just log into the store add the Lesson Plan units to your basket and complete the checkout process, as a subscriber you will not be charged.

    How do I download my files?

    Just log into the store and click the download link on the left. Here you can see all your downloads, make a note of any serial numbers, you will need these during installation

    I just installed my files, but cannot see them, where did they go?

    Make sure you take note of where you are installing your files to, we suggest you put them on your 'Desktop' or in 'My Documents', you could even create a folder for your Literacy Matters downloads.

    I have downloaded my order and have tried to install it, but it asks me for; Name, Organisation and Serial Number, what should I put in here?

    When you download your purchase, next to the download link is a licence key, this is the serial number you will need to enter on installation, in the Name and Organisation fields you should put your own details, this will register the product to you.

    I have downloaded my order, but I cannot open the file, what should I do?

    The file you downloaded may have become corrupt during the download, or whilst saving to your hard drive, just log back into your store account, click the download link on the left and download your purchase again.

    I have had a problem with my computer and my Literacy Matters files are no longer working correctly, can I download them again?

    You can log back into your store account and click the download link on the left this will take you to the download area for the purchases you have made.

    I do not have a credit card, can I still order from the online store?

    You can only order from the store using a debit card or credit card.

    The file I have downloaded contains PDF files, how do I view these?

    You will need acrobat reader to view the PDF files, this is a free piece of software available from the Adobe website for free (download here).

    Can I install my purchase on more than one computer?

    Only the products marked 'Multiuser' can be installed on more than one computer, when you download a product from the store you automatically agree to the 'end user licence agreement' if you install a single user product on more than one computer you are breaking this agreement.
