Both of these delightful Big Books contain the themes of worries and emotions. In ëWhat If?í the animals are worried that a new animal at the farm, a kangaroo, might take over their jobs. Jenny, in The Huge Bag of Worries, finds her worries are following her constantly. She decides that they have to go but who can help her? Both of these books are used in this weekís lesson plan but they would make a good two week unit of work.
Traditional Tales Unit (Narrative Unit 2)
